Hey, I’m Joëlle Regh – the heart behind Sunshine Creatives.

I’m a 15-year cancer survivor and a domestic violence survivor who reclaimed her life over 9 years ago. After going through PTSD therapy and finding my way back to myself, I felt called to support those doing meaningful, healing work in the world. Sunshine Creatives is my way of doing just that, through intentional marketing, soulful storytelling, and heart-centered strategy.

With over 12 years of experience in digital marketing and a background in PR and communications, I bring both expertise and deep empathy to every brand I support. I help mental health professionals, wellness leaders, and impact-driven brands grow online with clarity, creativity, and purpose.

This work is personal. I’m not a therapist, but I know what it’s like to rebuild from the inside out. Helping you reach and serve more people is my way of giving back and creating ripple effects of healing and hope.

When I’m not creating, I’m journaling, behind the camera, exploring new places, trying new foods, or moving through life slowly with yoga, walks, and intentional moments. This season feels a lot like my Eat Pray Love era and I’m here for it.
